my RECIPE

- PANEER CAPSICUM PAKODA 

Ingredients

10 cubes of paneer (cottage cheese)

¼ bowl green chutney

¼ bowl tomato ketchup

10 cubes diced green capsicum

10 cubes diced yellow capsicum

Oil for deep frying

Chat masala

For batter

1 bowl chana dal flour

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilly powder

Salt to taste

Pinch of soda

Water

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients of batter and make a thick batter.

2. Heat oil in a kadhai.

3. Now take a cube of paneer. On one side put 1 tsp of green chutney and cover it with yellow capsicum.

4. On the other side apply tomato ketchup1 tsp and cover it with green capsicum.

5. Hold the paneer cube properly and dip it in chana dal batter and deep fry it.

6. Sprinkle with chat masala and serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
